Border Patrol was founded in 1924. It was to prevents immigrants to come over the U.S.-Mexican Border and the U.S.- Canadian border. The first stations were in El Paso, Texas and Detriot, Michigan.
I think that the U.S been tightening up his security for the border and to prevent illegal immigrants from entering the united states. I think that we need to have more people patrolling the borders because even with the tighter security illegal immigrants are still getting into the United States.
